The PELETON 3000 DUO line is a reliable and high-quality pellet and animal feed production equipment. It has two PELETON-300 pelletizers on board. It is capable of producing pellets ranging in size from 2 mm to 8 mm from various types of raw materials. This set differs from the PELETON-300 series pelletizing line in that it is equipped with 2 powerful pelletizers (22kW x 2), which process twice as much raw material. The production line can process different types of raw materials into fuel pallet or feed.

What is included in the equipment of the production line PELETON 3000 DUO
- PS-400 screw feeder hopper. The unit consumes 3 kW of electricity and has infinitely adjustable raw material feed via a potentiometer.
- Two reliable PELETON-300 pelletizing machines: one pelletizer with a capacity of up to 350 kg/h for pellet production and up to 700-800 kg/h for feed production can easily handle different types of raw materials. The customer has the option of installing 22kW and 30 kW motors. The power of the motors is adjusted to the raw material being processed. A 30kW motor is installed for processing soft raw materials and feedstocks, while a 22kW motor is recommended for processing sawdust and biomass into pellets.
- PB-200: the calibration and cooling drum performs the function of additional cooling of pellets and pellets. The main purpose of the calibrator is to sieve the finished product and separate the dust and fines. The power of the calibration drum is 0.12 kW.
- Closed extraction system SO-315: The device, with the help of a fan, provides the circulation of air necessary for cooling pellets and placing dust in special dust collection bags. 1.5 kW power.
- Pellet line control panel: with one cabinet, you control two feeders and pelletizers separately. The small size and built-in electronics cooling system make the control panel reliable and convenient to use. Installation near the production line is recommended.
