The PELETON-3000 MT line is designed to process moist sawdust with a moisture content of less than 60%. If the moisture content is higher, the raw material should be passed through the dryer 2 times until the necessary moisture content (12-15%) is achieved.
Our dies, rollers, spare parts are made in Poland! Also, the cabinets and all the electrics are top of the line, also made in Poland while most of our competitors use Chinese cheap and unreliable substitutes! Stages of fuel pellet production in PELETON-3000 MT:
- The raw materials are screened before drying to bring the material to a uniform fraction. The ideal fraction is 1 mm less than the diameter of the holes in the die.
- Sawdust is fed into the dryer to bring the percentage moisture content to 12-14%.
- The pelletizer can produce fuel pellets with a diameter of 6 – 8 mm. During pressing, the raw material is heated to 70-90 ° C and releases the lignin. The result is a uniform, glossy, and well-gathered pellet.
- The finished additional products are cooled and dried.
