Thanks to the technological solutions used, this model is ideal for pelleting wet, uncrushed straw with moisture content of up to 60%, giving maximum efficiency with low energy consumption.

The PELETON-4000 MS line for wet straw pellet production includes:

LDG-4000 line;

RD-500 straw shredder with cyclone;

SA-600 aerodynamic dryer with PS-1500 feeder;

PT-1000 belt conveyor with fans.

How does the complex for making fuel pellets from uncrushed wet straw work?

Straw cubes are fed into the RD-500 shredder (the screens in the shredder are interchangeable). As a result of the shredder, we get the so-called “shredder”. chaff, the fraction of which is ideal for further pelleting;

The shredder is connected to a piping system. The PS-1500 buffer with dust bags allows you to separate the air from the shredded raw material;

The raw material is then directed to the SA-600 aerodynamic dryer. The straw dryer makes it possible to dry the raw material to a suitable moisture content of up to 12-15%;

At the end of the aerodynamic dryer is a cyclone that separates the hot air from the dried raw material. After the cyclone, the raw material falls directly into the screw feeder PS-200 ;

The prepared raw material goes to the PELETON-400 37 kW pelletizer, which has a capacity of about 450 kg/h;

The pellets produced are then cleaned in a screening drum. There the product is cooled which also prevents damage

<iframe title="Pellets from wet sawdust!
