As a manufacturer of, among other things, high-quality pellet machines, Peletto.co.uk also offers flat dies for the pellet machine and rolls for the pellet machine in a variety of available sizes that can be tailored to your farm’s current needs. <\/b><\/p>\n

The available diameter sizes<\/b> for the pelletizer die<\/b> range from 100 to 400 mm with working hole diameters from 2 to 8 mm. It is also possible to produce another needed die and rolls for the pelletizer of the appropriate size specifically according to the customer’s request.<\/p>\n

Our dies for pelletizers are hardened<\/b> by a reliable method that guarantees their strength and longevity. All components are made of high-quality 40H, 40HX, 40Cr13 alloy steel and heat-treated. Hardening degree of 55HRC.<\/p>\n

Compression cones<\/b> located at the inlets of the die openings are involved in compacting the raw material passing through the die. They vary depending on the type of raw material to be used in the production of pellets, pellets.<\/p>\n

We customize our pellet machine dies to produce pellets from a specific raw material. This promotes the quality of the resulting pellets and the efficiency of the entire production process.<\/p>\n
